Maintenance Technician
We require a Maintenance Technician for a leading supplier of self-storage in the UK. You will be responsible for driving to stores and providing professional maintenance and repair services with a focus usually on electrical work.
Maintenance Technician Duties such as:

Driving - to stores across London and occasionally further (must have clean driving licence and be over 25 for insurance purposes)
- Electrical work - such as investigate and rectify faults, repair or replace light and electrical sockets, routine testing etc (ensuring compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations and other relevant safety standards)
- Plumbing - such as replacing taps, fixing leaks, tiling etc
- Carpentry - such as shelving, re hang doors, fit new locks etc
- Painting - for office and storage decor, bollards, trolleys etc
Hours:
- Full time min 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday - occasional weekend if emergency arises
- Around 8am - 4.30pm or as required
You should have:
- Full UK driving license - clean
- Experience in a similar maintenance role - ideally multi site retail
- Good customer service skills
- 18th edition electrical qualified
- IT skills to respond to maintenance messages
