Customer Sales Advisor
We require a Cover/Relief Customer Sales Advisor for a leading Self-Storage company to support customers with enquiries and generally be the face of the store. You will be based on the reception of your base store and work in a small team to help promote sales of storage space, complete admin and look after the facilities. You will also be expected to provide cover at other local branches when required.

Hours:
Full time, 40 hours a week maximum
5 days a week on site
Monday to Sunday availability required (occasional weekend on monthly rota)
Usually 8 hour days
Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm
Customer Sales Advisor Duties such as:
Cover for local stores so potential travel as required
Promote sales of storage space and other options available
Aim to increase occupancy and revenue within the store
Respond to phone and email enquiries
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
Help keep the store secure, clean and tidy
Follow company procedures
